I’ve been working in CX resourcing since 1997 (yes, I am getting on and it was before email!). I found that working for Capita among others had its advantages, it provided me with an insight into how large corporations’ work but also created the itch of having my own business and being accountable for the whole ship. Meeting Francesca and founding Cactus seemed like a natural progression for both of us. Having been asked many times over the years, where the name ‘Cactus’ came from, we can confirm it was the result of a good old brainstorming in a bar!
I consider myself fortunate to have made some fantastic friends and the pleasure of working with diverse companies and individuals, not to mention some candidates, whom I have had the pleasure to represent several times, helping them on their career journey.
Outside of work, I am constantly on the go. I have twin boys so playing taxi to Rugby, Football, Golf and Athletics (gladly no cricket) is where you’ll find me. I love spending time with my family, whether it’s doing some work around the house or playing some sports, I just like to keep active.
