Francesca Randle
I started my work journey with a short run in marketing, later moving into the world of recruitment. It all began within the IT sector when fax machines were doing the job that today's emails are. I later moved to Capita to head up the Customer Contact volume resourcing business, where I met my co-director Guy. A few years later, we brainstormed the idea of founding Cactus Search.
I am certainly not shy and retiring, quite the opposite I lead from the front. I'm a consultant at heart and in addition to leading some of the more senior search assignments, I also support the team with the delivery of all our volume resourcing projects.
My family is my most proud achievement! With my husband, twin boys and Bodhi my dog I’m totally outnumbered, but I love every minute!
